These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the RuckON mobile and web application ("RuckON", the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction). You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and update it when it changes.
RuckON includes user-generated content (rucks, photos, comments, posts, community pages, events, profiles, messages). We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree not to upload, post, share, or transmit any content that:
You are solely responsible for the content you post and for any consequences of that content. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to share what you post.
Every profile, ruck, comment, post, community, event, and message has a "Report" action accessible from the overflow menu. You can also Block any user to hide their content from you and prevent them from contacting you.
We commit to reviewing every report and taking action within 24 hours. Action may include removing the reported content, warning the offending user, temporarily suspending the account, or permanently terminating the account, all at our sole discretion. Users who repeatedly violate these rules will be permanently banned. Our full process is described in our Community Guidelines.
RuckON is provided for fitness tracking and community purposes only. It is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise program. You assume all risks associated with rucking, hiking, and outdoor activities. Do not use the GPS tracking feature in a way that distracts you from your surroundings.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (or Google account, or the payment method on file with our web payment processor) at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews for the same period at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, you will be charged the regular subscription price. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription.

Use of the subscription is also governed by our Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use, which together constitute the End User License Agreement (EULA) for RuckON. Apple’s standard EULA at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula additionally applies to any subscription purchased through the App Store, except where these Terms grant you greater rights.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to those stores’ refund policies and are processed by the respective store. For web purchases, contact support@ruckon.fit.
You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant RuckON a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights to the content you post.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law. On termination, your owned content is hard-deleted; aggregated, derived, or backup copies may persist for up to 30 days.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RUCKON AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or brought in the state or federal courts located in Mississippi.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes in-app and update the "Effective date" above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
