RuckON

Community Guidelines

Effective date: June 05, 2026

RuckON is a community of ruckers helping each other train, log miles, and stay accountable. These Community Guidelines explain what we expect from everyone here and how we handle problems when they come up. They are part of our Terms of Use.

1. Be respectful

Treat other ruckers the way you’d treat a teammate. Disagreement is fine; harassment, hate, and personal attacks are not. We have zero tolerance for the following:

2. Keep it real

3. How to report something

Every profile, ruck, comment, post, community, event, and message has a Report option in its overflow menu (the “…” button). Tap it, pick a reason, and add any context that will help us investigate. Reports are anonymous to the reported user.

If you’d rather not see someone’s content at all, use Block from their profile menu. Blocking hides their content from you, hides yours from them, and prevents them from interacting with you.

4. What happens after you report

  1. Within 24 hours: a member of our team reviews the report against these guidelines and our Terms of Use.
  2. If we agree: we’ll take one or more of the following actions: remove the offending content, warn the user, temporarily suspend the account, or permanently terminate the account. Severe violations (threats, CSAM, doxxing) result in an immediate ban.
  3. If we don’t agree: we’ll close the report. You will not see the outcome of individual reports, but content removals and bans take effect immediately.
  4. Repeat offenders are permanently banned from RuckON and barred from creating new accounts.

5. Appeals

If your content was removed or your account was suspended and you believe we got it wrong, email support@ruckon.fit within 14 days. Include your username and a brief explanation. We will respond within 7 days.

6. Emergencies

If you see content suggesting someone is in immediate danger of harming themselves or others, please contact local emergency services first, then report the content to us so we can take it down.

7. Changes

We may update these Guidelines as the community evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app and the "Effective date" above will be updated.
